And so it begins...

This blog begins with modest hopes to share, enlighten and seek feedback.  As an accountant, attorney and most of all a business owner I enjoy the opportunituy to learn how others operate their businesses, but also how they live there lives.  Added to those roles I am a husband and father, both of which enhance my effectiveness within my business and always have me trying to maitain a balance. 

All of my experiences in the roles I get to play allow me to bring to the Total Counsel Law Group a level of compassion and understanding regardless of the area of discipline I am practicing at the moment.  Through this experience and all the knowledge I will gain tomorrow, this blog will provide a platform where together we will address issues that effect our lives. 

What to expect... For at least 6 months I have wanted to begin this blog, but procrastination took over and I thought I needed the perfect intro and a file drawer full of blog entries.  Instead I have decided to take it one step at a time and just begin posting, knowing that each day will bring new lessons, thought and ideas that will meander like a river flowing towards the ocean.  The main current of this blog's water path shall be in line with the areas of law my firm practices: Tax; Estate Planning and Corporate.  As the river has bends, so will this blog and every once in a while we will hit the rapids and need to stray slightly off course. 

My posts will be at least 2 times a month.  I look forward to exploring the pathway together and so let's embark on this journey...
