Every year there are numerous changes to the federal and state tax systems. Our goal is to work with you throughout the year to maximize your benefits and minimize any disadvantages the government has set for you. Tax Planning – Our firm continuously monitors changes to federal, state, and local tax laws to minimize our client’s current and future tax liabilities. If necessary, we can generate custom alarms to flag tax filing dates in order to prevent costly interest and penalty assessments attributable to late filing.
We take a proactive approach to tax planning. An open line of communication with our clients allows us to provide advise on certain tax implications beforehand.
Tax return preparation: individual, corporate, fiduciary and estate tax returns are prepared, in addition to providing our clients with tax planning advice. By the time we reach tax preparation many tax reducing opportunities have been lost for failure to adequately plan. We will even assist with estimate tax calculations for individuals or corporations in order to make sure adequate withholdings exist so that a major tax burden does not occur upon tax return preparation. We work with financial planners and other professionals in order to maximize your tax savings and increase financial growth to meet your objectives.
Corporations participating in our accounting advisory services are eligible to receive a fee reduction for tax preparation and corporate financial planning.
Our firm offers a complete range of accounting services, including receivables, payables, and payroll management. We prepare financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for use by banks, investors, and other third parties. Our firm will also prepare custom financial reports for internal, managerial use.
Knowing about your cash flow is the most important tool in running a successful business. Very often companies do not spend enough time analyzing their cash inflows and outflows. This analysis does not get done because the records necessary have not been completed or are not up to date. Our firm works closely with you to determine your bookkeeping needs and then implement a system that will allow the business owner to focus on what they do best, "grow their business."
Our bookkeeping services include: monthly operating statements; bank reconciliations, payroll, audit trails, balance sheet and budgets. You can choose to receive all of these services or choose those that will best assist in the operation of your business. Our goal is to provide support and assistance when you need it most.
